The advent of proteomics has created an urgent demand for high-throughput expression cloning and protein purification systems. To meet the needs especially of our industrial customers, we offer tailor-made solutions for such HTP applications. Our HTP systems take advantage of combining IBA's proprietary Strep-tag technology with the 6xHistidine-tag technology offering versatile solutions for almost every application in proteomics. Being one of the foremost providers of expression cloning and protein purification technology as well as a competent partner with a strong research track record we are able to design tailor-made products and services for HTP protein expression and purification which will meet your individual needs.
For protein expression, we are using in vivo and in vitro techniques. For purification, we are able to provide HTP systems compatible with a large variety of robotic systems, such as the Genesis RSP/RWS Separation System (Tecan), the MultiPROBE II (Packard BioScience), the BioRobot workstations (Qiagen) and the Biomek 2000/FX robots (Beckman Coulter).
Different tags (Strep-tag and 6xHistidine-tag) as well as protein purification resins are available providing the best possible solution to obtain your full-length proteins at high purity.
