FCCS Standard Probes

Very easy to use and highly reliable

A significant extension of FCS is the dual-color crosscorrelation analysis (FCCS), which is based on the simultaneous detection of two spectrally separable colors by splitting the emitted fluorescence into two distinct detection channels using adequate dichroic mirrors and filters.
Several well-known manufacturers of laser scanning microscopes, such as Carl Zeiss MicroImaging (ConforCor 3), Olympus (Olympus Fluoview FV1000), PicoQuant (MicroTime 200 und LSM Upgrade Kit) and Leica (Leica TCS SMD Series), are relying on our FCCS Standard Probes and recommend them for their instruments.

In Vitro FCCS Standard Probe

With the IBA In Vitro Standard Probe for Fluorescence Crosscorrelation Spectroscopy it is now possible to verify the daily adjustment of the optical setup for fluorescence crosscorrelation measurements.

Exemplary crosscorrelation measurement using the IBA In Vitro FCCS Standard Probe 488/633. With a high performance cross-correlation sample, the cross-correlation signal will mainly depend on the proper adjustment of the optical setup.

In Vivo FCCS Standard Probe

The In Vivo Standard Probe for Fluorescence Cross-correlation Spectroscopy allows detection of fluorescence cross-correlation in cultured cells useful for calibration of in vivo FCCS measurements.

Exemplary cross-correlation measurement using the IBA In Vivo FCCS Standard Probe 488/633 in HEK 293 cells. With a high performance cross-correlation sample, the cross-correlation signal will mainly depend on the proper adjustment of the optical setup.
