This unique new Starter Kit contains all reagents essential for the native purification of a double tag protein containing Strep-tag and 6xHistidine-tag. The first purification is performed on a Ni-NTA cartridge H-PR while the second purification uses a Strep-Tactin^® Superflow^® high capacity cartridge H-PR .
